The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support three Partners in our Perth Restructuring team. You will play a key role in enabling our Partners to operate effectively by providing exceptional administrative, organisational and operational support. This role suits a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a high-performing environment, anticipates needs, and takes ownership.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day diary and email management for three Partners, ensuring priorities and deadlines are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage Outlook calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate internal and external appointments, track business development activity, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Prepare and format high‑quality documents, including reports, presentations, correspondence, file notes, agendas and minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and itineraries.
  • Manage SAP administrative tasks, including processing invoices, preparing monthly AMEX reconciliations and completing weekly timesheets.
  • Support Partners with business development activities, including tracking pursuits, assisting with events and preparing materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Administration team.

 

About You

  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset, anticipating needs, taking initiative and consistently looking for ways to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, tact and diplomacy.
  • A team‑focused approach, with a willingness to collaborate, and support others.
  • Professional presentation, excellent client‑service skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.

 

Qualifications and Experiences

  • Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or similar professional support role (Professional Services desired).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with strong formatting capability.
  • Experience with SharePoint is highly regarded.
  • Experience with SAP or similar accounting/ERP systems (preferred but not essential).
