Our Deals team provides corporate and private equity clients with quality, independent and objective M&A transaction advice. An exciting opportunity currently exists for an experienced Senior Manager or Director level candidate to join the National M&A team in Perth. Our M&A team provides corporate, private equity and banking clients with quality, independent and objective transaction advice including due diligence, deal support and transaction/post transaction project management.
What you will do

Be heavily involved in sell side and buy side M&A lead advisory mandates from origination to execution.

Conduct and supervise financial and commercial analyses to inform key decisions and recommendations.

Utilise strong financial analysis skills to evaluate the financial health and potential of acquisition targets, including understanding financial statements, valuation techniques, and synergy realisation.

Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, board members, and senior leadership, ensuring effective communication and negotiation throughout the M&A process.

Manage multiple simultaneous projects, meeting aggressive deadlines and inspiring calm and confidence in uncertain and stressful times.

Mentor and foster the professional development of junior team members.
Who you are

Proven experience in M&A, with a strong understanding of the full M&A lifecycle.

Impeccable eye for detail and superior communication skills (both written and verbal).

Showcase outstanding presentation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

Possess commercial acumen with a strong team-oriented approach.

Demonstrate a commitment to achieving positive client outcomes.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
