The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven analytical professional to join our Deals and Performance team. In this role, you will have a focus on Performance Improvement and contribute to the delivery of strategic, operational and transformation engagements across a diverse range of industries.
You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to analyse business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the development of practical solutions that enhance performance and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of strategy, performance improvement, cash and working capital management, and transformation engagements across multiple sectors.
- Conduct market, financial and operational analysis to generate insights that support our recommendations.
- Support the development of business cases, operating model reviews and transformation initiatives.
- Assist with managing project activities, including planning, tracking, reporting, and risk management.
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and analysis summaries.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather information, test assumptions and support decision making.‑making.
- Build strong internal and external relationships, fostering a collaborative approach to project delivery.
- Supporting junior team members where required and ensuring timely, accurate outcomes.
About You
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills, with a client‑focused and commercially aware mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, with high attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications and Experiences
- 3-5 years’ experience in strategy, transformation, performance improvement, advisory or management consulting.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, economics or a related field.
- Either a qualified Chartered Accountant or currently progressing toward professional accreditation.
- Exposure to strategic analysis, operational reviews, transformation projects or commercial decision‑support activities.
- Experience working within structured project environments, with an understanding of project management methodologies and disciplines.
- Strong capability with analysis tools (e.g., Excel, data visualisation platforms).
