Operating within the highly regarded People Team, the Learning and Development function has a broad remit in all areas of building capability and plays a vital role in creating rewarding careers for our 400+ employees. We are looking for someone earlier in their journey as an L&D Consultant with room to grow into the role and build skills and confidence.

What you will do

• Play a key role in supporting our students undertaking the Chartered Accountants Program.
• Support the delivery of learning across career development and professional skills programs.
• Facilitate learning in face-to-face, online or blended delivery.
• Design and curate learning content including training materials, resource guides, basic video editing and eLearning.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the firm.
• Maintain our learning management systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Learning, Go1).
• Support broader L&D initiatives and People Team projects.

Who you are

• Passionate L&D professional with some experience designing and delivering learning.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Qualifications in business, training, or HR are desirable but not essential.
• Able to develop and maintain positive relationships across all levels.
• Proactive and driven self-starter, with a hands-on approach and energy for contributing to the success of the team
• Curious learner, with a drive to continually develop your own skills and knowledge.
