McGrathNicol is a specialist Advisory and Restructuring firm, helping businesses improve performance, manage risk, and achieve stability and growth.
Operating within the Learning and Development team, this role will work closely with the IT and Digital team to enhance digital literacy across the business and improve understanding and use of our existing software, automations and AI solutions.
You will play a pivotal role in using digital solutions to drive efficiency improvements across the organisation and working with the business to identify additional use cases and drive change. Your enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences, championing digital innovation, and fostering continuous improvement will be key to success.
We are open to both full-time and part-time applications (3-5 days). With a strong preference to join our Sydney team, we will also consider applications for Melbourne.
This role is NOT a Business or Data Analyst opportunity.
What you will do
- Play a key role in the implementation of, and updates to, business systems with a user focused approach to managing business change.
- Create and curate learning content (such as videos, resource guides and eLearning modules) and design and deliver training workshops and one-on-one coaching in online, face-to-face or blended environments.
- Consult across the business to understand our context, people and needs.
- Search for new opportunities, tools, and methods to drive innovation.
- Support broader L&D initiatives and systems administration e.g. SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Learning, Go1.
Who you are
- Passionate IT or L&D professional with strong digital capability and previous experience delivering technology focused content.
- Proficient with MS365 technologies and their applications in a professional setting.
- ‘Tech savvy’ operator with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. Resilience and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on modernisation and innovation.
- Proactive and curious learner, with a drive to continually develop your own skills and knowledge.
- Self-starter with ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment, balancing independence with collaboration to achieve shared goals.
- Excellent communicator with the confidence to consult with and influence stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
- Outcome focused with meticulous attention to detail.
