- Lead the delivery of high‑quality financial, commercial and strategic analysis to support transaction decision‑making, including market analysis, strategy papers, information memoranda, management presentations, bidder analysis, indicative pricing and other transaction materials
- Support and progressively lead relationships with key stakeholders including shareholders, boards, investors, senior executives and advisors, ensuring clear communication and commercially focused outcomes
- Apply strong valuation and financial modelling expertise to assess transaction opportunities, including historical and forecast analysis, DCF and comparable analysis, key value drivers, risks and potential synergies
- Contribute to the development of junior team members and help foster a collaborative, high‑performance team culture
About You
- Deeply motivated by advisory‑led M&A and the tangible impact it delivers for clients
- Approximately 4–6 years’ experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, consulting or corporate development, with exposure across the full transaction lifecycle
- Proven experience managing multiple workstreams on complex transactions and delivering insight‑led outputs for senior decision‑makers
- Strong analytical capability combined with sound commercial judgement and strategic thinking
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, with a developing ability to influence, challenge assumptions and guide outcomes
- Naturally collaborative and driven, with a desire to take ownership, continuously improve and support others in a high‑performing team
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience producing polished, client‑ready materials
- CA, CFA or equivalent qualification preferred
