The Opportunity
We are seeking a National Talent Acquisition Manager to own and deliver our recruitment strategy across Australia. This standalone talent role is pivotal, responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for all positions nationally. You will partner closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues to ensure we attract and hire the best talent in the market, while ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. A key part of this role will be driving employer branding initiatives to position McGrathNicol as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for experienced hire roles nationally.
- Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, leveraging SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter to optimise search and engagement.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and champion diversity and inclusion across all recruitment activities.
- Provide market insights and analytics to support workforce planning and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues on our award-winning undergraduate programs to ensure alignment and consistency with experienced hire processes.
- Maintain compliance with policies and deliver accurate reporting.
About You
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within professional services.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and stakeholder updates.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions.
- Track record of developing and maintaining effective talent pipelines across multiple business areas.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and deliver strategic outcomes with hands-on execution.
