The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator to build specialist treasury and insolvency knowledge while working with experienced professionals in a collaborative national team.

Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you'll gain exposure to complex client matters, develop valuable technical skills, and be trusted with responsibilities that directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the opening, maintenance and closure of client bank accounts across multiple financial institutions.
  • Administering and auditing bank account signatories to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Investigating and resolving banking enquiries, transaction issues and account discrepancies.
  • Processing payments and dividend distributions accurately and within required timeframes.Preparing and completing regular bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Reviewing bank fees and charges to ensure they align with agreed banking arrangements.
  • Preparing documentation for regulatory lodgements and compliance obligations, including ASIC and ATO requirements.Maintaining and updating information within insolvency and treasury management systems.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to support client engagements and deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve treasury processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

 

About You

You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and organisation are essential. You take pride in delivering high-quality work, building strong relationships and contributing positively to a collaborative team culture.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in treasury, cashbook management, accounts administration, finance support or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach to stakeholder interactions.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Strong systems skills and the ability to learn and work across multiple platforms.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across a national team.
  • Experience with Insol6, Aryza Insolv or IPS will be highly regarded but is not essential.
  • Previous experience within professional services, insolvency, restructuring, legal, accounting or financial services environments will be highly regarded.
